Returns
Customers may return products within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns initiated beyond the 14-day window may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
Return Process

Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at repairs@betalogic.co.ke or call +254114243466 within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide details of the defect or damage, along with supporting photographs if possible.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items. If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
